Prologis published nine new postings today, spanning leadership, software engineering and field operations. Roles include: VP Compensation Strategy and Operations in San Francisco; SVP, Global Head of Corporate Marketing in San Francisco; Senior Cloud & AI Engineer in Denver; Director, Government Affairs in San Francisco; VP, Capital Deployment in Mexico City; Energy Execution Manager, Europe in Paris; Property Administrator (Real Estate and Customer Experience Coordinator) in Milpitas; Construction Project Manager in the Pennsylvania‑Lehigh Valley office; and Maintenance Technician in Seattle.
Concurrently, the company is pruning a broader set of 15 roles across functions such as development, internal communications, payroll, procurement, data and analytics, and real estate operations, with removals spread across Phoenix, Denver, Orlando, Amsterdam and Portland.
The mix of additions and reductions suggests a shift toward strengthened leadership, technology and regional execution, while the overall headcount moves lower in this round of workforce changes.
