PepsiCo Expands Hiring with 444 Jobs

PepsiCo posted 444 new roles across a wide range of functions and locations, including merchandising, sales, driver, production, IT, finance, and HR. The postings span the United States, Mexico, India, China, Europe, the Middle East, and beyond, reflecting ongoing expansion in key markets.

Notable postings include Merchandiser roles in Midland, Texas; Hyderabad, India; and New Cairo, Egypt, as well as IT, FP&A, and Brand positions in Plano, Hyderabad, and around New Cairo. Other active roles cover field sales, distribution, warehousing, and production across North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa, including Sodastream and Frito Lay operations in multiple countries.

By contrast, PepsiCo also removed 479 positions in this period, resulting in a net decrease of 35 roles. The numbers suggest a strategic realignment rather than a uniform hiring surge, with openings concentrated in select regions and functions while others are being streamlined.
