MGH Network Sees Broad Hiring Push

Mass General Brigham on Sept. 1, 2026 released a systemwide posting update listing 406 new job openings across its hospitals and clinics, with sites in Boston, Belmont, Newton, Nantucket, Oak Bluffs and beyond. The postings span physicians, nurses, researchers, pharmacists, technicians and administrative staff, reflecting broad demand across clinical care and research operations.

In the same update, 410 postings were removed, yielding a net decrease of four openings. The small shift suggests ongoing workforce adjustments as the system aligns hiring with evolving service priorities across acute care, specialty services and research programs.

Postings cover a wide geographic footprint within the Mass General Brigham network, including Mass General Hospital, Brigham and Women's, and affiliated centers. The mix highlights hiring activity in oncology, transplant, neuroscience, primary care and emergency medicine, among other areas.
