Delta Announces 31 New Roles Amid Turnover
Delta Air Lines adds 31 new roles across hubs as hiring activity continues.
Delta Air Lines posted 31 new job openings across multiple hubs, including Atlanta, New York, Minneapolis, Montego Bay and Cincinnati, as it continues to expand in core operations. In the same period, the company also removed 41 roles, yielding a net decrease in active postings.
Notable additions include Ground Maintenance Technician (Stationary) roles in LGA, JFK and MSP, a Senior Technical Product Engineer for TPF Production Support, payroll specialists in Atlanta and Montego Bay, and a co-op in Crew Operations - Tracking and Scheduling for Spring 2027. The mix reflects Delta's ongoing focus on technical, operations and support functions.
Delta says the changes are part of strategic workforce planning to balance growth with operational efficiency and to optimize staffing across its network.
