Deaconess Health System Expands with 948 Jobs

Deaconess Health System announced the addition of 948 new job openings across its hospitals, clinics, and support operations in Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky. The openings cover a wide range of roles, including physicians, nurses and allied health professionals, as well as technologists, therapists, pharmacists and many patient-support and facilities positions. Examples include phlebotomists, registered nurses, CT and MRI technologists, respiratory therapists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, clinical office assistants, sterile processing technicians, housekeepers, and IT and administrative staff. Some roles are PRN or part-time, with options for new graduates and experienced professionals.

The postings reflect ongoing expansion of services across the three-state footprint to support acute care, specialty clinics, and outpatient services—areas such as cardiology, oncology, emergency medicine, pediatrics, and obstetrics.
