CommonSpirit Health Expands Workforce in August

CommonSpirit Health published an August 6 update showing a broad hiring push, listing 710 new job postings across clinical, support, imaging, laboratory, and facilities roles. The postings cover locations from San Luis Obispo and Arroyo Grande in California to Phoenix, AZ, and extend across Colorado, Texas, and beyond. Examples include Speech Language Pathologist roles, RN positions in Med-Surg, ICU, NICU, and OR, as well as laboratory, sterile processing, and environmental services postings.

The update also shows 736 postings removed during the period, resulting in a net decrease of 26 jobs for the system. Removals may reflect realignment of roles, consolidation, or reclassification as staffing needs shift.
