1. Plan and execute a variety of corporate events, including industry conferences and internal company gatherings.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event concepts and themes that align with the Netflix brand.
3. Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are within allocated budget.
4. Source and negotiate with vendors, including event venues, caterers, and AV suppliers.
5. Develop and maintain event timelines and project plans.
6. Coordinate event logistics, including registration, transportation, and accommodations.
7. Create event marketing materials and manage event promotion.
8. Ensure all event materials and activities align with Netflix brand guidelines.
9. Manage event registration and guest lists.
10. Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements are executed flawlessly.
11. Act as the main point of contact for event attendees, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
12. Provide exceptional customer service to all event guests and address any concerns or issues that arise.
13. Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future events.
14. Keep abreast of industry trends and make suggestions for incorporating new and innovative ideas into events.
15. Train and supervise event staff and volunteers as needed.
16. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to events, including contracts, invoices, and attendee lists.
17. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
18. Represent Netflix in a professional and positive manner at all times.
19. Handle any other duties or responsibilities related to corporate events as assigned by management.
