  1. Investigate and evaluate property damage claims: The Property Claims Adjuster will be responsible for thoroughly investigating and assessing property damage claims to determine coverage and liability.
  2. Resolve claims efficiently and accurately: The individual in this role will use their expertise in property claims handling to make fair and accurate decisions on claim settlements, ensuring that customers' needs are met in a timely manner.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service: The Property Claims Adjuster will act as the primary point of contact for customers and will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while handling their claims.
  4. Maintain accurate records: It is crucial for the Property Claims Adjuster to accurately document all claim activities and maintain organized records to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
