  15. Represent the program and Molina Healthcare at external meetings and conferences related to state master file consumption.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Program Management, Preferably In A Managed Care Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of State Regulations And Compliance Requirements Related To Healthcare Program Administration.

  • Excellent Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Drive Projects To Completion.

  • Experience In Data Analysis And Optimization Techniques, With A Focus On Improving Efficiency And Cost-Effectiveness In Healthcare Operations.

Compensation
