Loss Prevention Officer

At MANGO, we are looking for a Loss Prevention Officer to join our team and help us protect our assets from theft and vandalism. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience in loss prevention or security and a valid security guard license. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor the store for suspicious activity and respond to security issues in a timely manner.
2. Investigate any incidents of theft or vandalism and take the necessary corrective measures.
3. Ensure compliance with all loss prevention and security policies and procedures.
4. Utilize surveillance equipment and other security tools to identify potential threats and minimize risk.
5. Develop and implement security plans to protect the premises, personnel and assets.
6. Provide training and coaching to staff on security procedures and protocols.
7. Maintain accurate records of security incidents and investigations.
8. Create reports to management on the status of security operations and investigations.
9. Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies to resolve security issues.
10. Remain up-to-date on security trends and best practices.
