As a Receiver/Stocker on our overnight team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our shelves are stocked and our inventory is accurately received. Receive and unload incoming shipments of merchandise from trucks and verify accuracy of delivery against purchase orders.
Organize and stock merchandise on shelves and in designated areas according to Lowe's standards.
Update inventory records and communicate any discrepancies to management.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the backroom and receiving area.
Assist customers with locating merchandise and providing exceptional customer service.
Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move and store merchandise.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Communicate effectively with management regarding any issues or concerns with inventory or stocking processes.
Continuously monitor inventory levels and replenish merchandise as needed to ensure product availability for customers.
Contribute to a positive and customer-focused store environment by displaying a friendly and helpful attitude.
Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operations of the store.

Job Qualifications

Previous Experience In Stocking Or Warehouse Operations, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Strong Organizational Skills And The Ability To Prioritize Tasks Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Knowledge Of Inventory Management And Familiarity With Receiving Equipment Such As Forklifts And Pallet Jacks.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills To Collaborate With Other Team Members And Communicate With Customers.
Availability To Work Overnight Shifts, Including Weekends And Holidays, To Ensure Timely Restocking And Replenishment Of Merchandise.
