  1. Lead the delivery of property and specialty product programs to ensure the success of the business.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability of insurance programs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development and delivery.
  4. Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effective delivery of programs.
  5. Monitor program performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement or changes as needed.
  6. Stay current on industry regulations, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and inform program development.
  7. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the program delivery team.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
  9. Provide leadership and direction to a team of program managers, ensuring their development and success.
  10. Communicate and present program updates, performance metrics, and strategies to senior management.
  11. Drive collaboration and alignment between different departments and teams to ensure smooth and efficient program delivery.
  12. Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges related to program delivery.
  13. Oversee program marketing and promotion efforts to drive customer engagement and retention.
  14. Develop and maintain program delivery policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and quality.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve program delivery processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Extensive Experience In Property And Specialty Insurance: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Property And Specialty Insurance Market, Including Knowledge Of Various Product Lines, Underwriting Guidelines, And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Director, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Program Managers And Ensuring The Successful Delivery Of Product Programs. Therefore, They Should Have Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Develop Team Members.

  • Project Management Expertise: This Role Will Involve Managing Multiple Product Programs Simultaneously, So The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record In Project Management, Including The Ability To Set Goals, Prioritize Tasks, And Meet Deadlines.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Director Will Be Responsible For Developing And Implementing Strategies To Drive Growth And Profitability In The Property And Specialty Product Programs.
