As the Manager, you will play a critical role in maximizing our company's productivity and fostering collaboration among our employees through the use of digital tools and platforms.   1. Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and collaboration within the organization through the use of digital tools and platforms.
  2. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in digital technology to identify new ways to improve productivity and collaboration.
  3. Train and educate employees on how to effectively use digital tools and platforms to enhance their work processes.
  4. Work closely with department heads to understand their specific productivity and collaboration needs and provide customized solutions.
  5. Manage and maintain digital tools and platforms, ensuring they are functioning properly and meeting the needs of the organization.
  6. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of digital tools and platforms in improving productivity and collaboration.
  7. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot any technical issues related to digital tools and platforms.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for digital tools and platforms.
