- Develop and implement inventory control processes and programs to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the supply chain operations.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identify potential issues, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and finance, to optimize inventory management strategies.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory data and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking and reporting on inventory levels, usage, and discrepancies.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of inventory and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inventory management and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Train and mentor team members on inventory control processes and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, to provide updates on inventory status and recommend solutions for any issues.
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement inventory management software systems.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to inventory, such as stock levels, accuracy, and lead times.
- Develop and manage budgets for inventory control processes and programs.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to inventory control.
- Continuously evaluate and improve inventory control processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Inventory Control And Management, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Inventory Management Systems And Processes, Including Experience With Erp Systems.
Demonstrated Ability To Lead And Manage A Team, With Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Compliance Requirements For Medical Device Inventory Management.
