We are looking for a top-notch Housekeeping Manager to join the team at Hyatt. As the Housekeeping Manager, you are responsible for managing and overseeing all housekeeping operations to ensure that Hyatt's standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are met. You will be an integral part of the guest experience and the hospitality team.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years of housekeeping experience in a hospitality setting. You must have strong management and communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure. Attention to detail and the ability to identify and solve problems is a must. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all housekeeping operations to ensure that Hyatt's standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are met.
- Provide guidance and direction to housekeeping staff and ensure all duties are carried out efficiently.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed and that a safe environment is maintained.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and order additional supplies when necessary.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained.
- Identify and resolve any housekeeping issues that arise.
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to housekeeping staff.
- Ensure staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
