If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at Gusto as our Director of Product Marketing, Accountants. In this role, you will lead a team to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies for our accounting products, driving awareness and adoption among our target audience. As a key member of our marketing leadership team, you will have the opportunity to shape our product messaging and positioning, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth. We are looking for a results-driven individual with a strong understanding of the accounting industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.   1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Gusto's accounting products, targeting accountants as the primary audience.
  2. Lead a team of marketers to execute on the strategies and achieve marketing goals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product development and sales initiatives.
  4. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
  5. Define and refine product messaging and positioning to effectively communicate the value of our accounting products to target audience.
  6. Drive brand awareness and increase adoption of Gusto's accounting products through targeted campaigns and initiatives.
  7. Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and measurable ROI.
  8. Utilize data and analytics to track and report on the success of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and continuously innovate and optimize marketing strategies.
  10. Represent Gusto at industry events and conferences, speaking on behalf of our accounting products and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  11. Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth and development.
  12. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and feedback, and incorporate into marketing strategies.
  13. Work closely with product teams to provide insights and feedback from marketing efforts and contribute to product roadmap.
  14. Serve as a key member of the marketing leadership team, contributing to overall marketing strategy and direction for the company.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Gusto, embodying our values and mission in all external and internal communications.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Experience In Product Marketing Or Account Management, Preferably For A Saas Or Tech Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Accounting Principles And Familiarity With Accounting Software.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing Successful Product Marketing Strategies And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
