- Oversee the design and functionality of our service center interiors to ensure they meet the needs of our customers and employees.
- Work closely with the facilities management team to ensure all interior renovations, repairs, and maintenance are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and implement interior design plans that align with company branding and aesthetic standards.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to source and select furniture, fixtures, and equipment for the service center interiors.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of all interior supplies, including furniture, décor, and cleaning products.
- Conduct regular inspections of the service center interiors to identify any potential safety hazards or maintenance needs.
- Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and vendors involved in interior projects.
- Ensure all interior design projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the interior design team, including training and development opportunities.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the functionality and aesthetics of our service center interiors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interior design projects, expenses, and budgets.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including upper management, to provide updates on interior design projects and address any concerns or issues.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in interior design to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the service center interiors.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Job Qualifications
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Facility Management Or Interior Design, Preferably In A Service Center Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Industry Standards For Interior Design And Facility Management.
Excellent Project Management Skills With The Ability To Coordinate And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Proven Leadership Experience With The Ability To Lead A Team Of Interior Designers And Facility Management Staff.
Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software And Other Relevant Design And Project Management Tools.
