- Develop and implement effective IAM security strategies for clients to protect valuable data and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Design and architect robust security solutions that align with industry best practices and client requirements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of IAM security to constantly improve and enhance our offerings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation of IAM security solutions
- Take ownership of project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of IAM security solutions
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating potential security risks
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their unique needs and requirements, and provide tailored IAM security solutions
- Act as a subject matter expert on IAM security, providing guidance and support to internal teams and clients as needed
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing IAM security processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Extensive Experience In Identity And Access Management (Iam): The Senior Iam Security Architect At Epam Systems Should Have A Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience Working With Iam Technologies And Solutions. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Iam Concepts, Such As Authentication, Authorization, Identity Governance, And User Provisioning.
Strong Technical Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Technical Skills And A Deep Understanding Of Various Iam Tools And Technologies, Including But Not Limited To, Active Directory, Ldap, Sso, Mfa, Pki, And Oauth. They Should Also Be Well-Versed In Programming Languages Such As Java, .Net, And Python.
Expertise In Security Architecture: The Senior Iam Security Architect Should Have Experience In Designing And Implementing Secure Iam Solutions, Including User Authentication, Access Control, And Identity Governance. They Should Be Able To Identify Potential Security Risks And Vulnerabilities And Develop Strategies To Mitigate Them.
Team Management And Leadership Skills: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Iam Professionals. They Should Be Able To Provide Technical Guidance, Mentorship, And Training To Junior Team Members. They Should Also Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate With Stakeholders.
Industry Certifications: The Ideal Candidate Should Hold Relevant Industry Certifications Such As Cissp, Cisa, Cism, And/Or Itil. These Certifications Demonstrate The Candidate's Expertise And Knowledge In The Field Of Iam And Security Architecture.
