- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer success and engagement within the Salesforce Practice.
- Provide expert guidance and leadership to clients on best practices and solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the Salesforce Practice.
- Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and suggest areas for improvement.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects by managing resources and timelines effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce updates and developments to continuously enhance customer experiences.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve their Salesforce knowledge and skills.
- Act as a point of escalation for any customer issues and provide timely resolution.
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on customer success and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales efforts.
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for customers and team members.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our Salesforce services.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by gathering feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Extensive Experience In Salesforce: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Deep Knowledge And Experience In Salesforce Products, Including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, And Community Cloud. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successful Implementation And Optimization Of These Products.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Customer Success And Engagement Leader Should Have Strong Leadership Abilities And Be Able To Manage A Team Effectively. They Should Also Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders.
Business Acumen: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And How Salesforce Solutions Can Be Leveraged To Achieve Business Goals. They Should Be Able To Identify Opportunities For Improvement And Drive Customer Success Through Strategic Planning And Execution.
Consulting Experience: Epam Systems Is A Consulting Company, So The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Consulting Role. They Should Be Adept At Managing Client Expectations, Delivering Presentations, And Providing Recommendations To Clients.
Salesforce Certifications: The Candidate Should Have Relevant Salesforce Certifications, Such As Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud Consultant, And Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.
