  1. Assist in maintaining and updating corporate governance policies and procedures.
  2. Conduct research on relevant laws and regulations related to corporate governance.
  3. Monitor and track changes in laws and regulations and communicate updates to the legal team.
  4. Support the legal team in preparing and filing necessary corporate governance documents.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized records of all corporate governance activities.
  6. Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with corporate governance policies and procedures.
  7. Participate in meetings and take detailed minutes to document decisions and actions related to corporate governance.
  8. Review and analyze contracts and other legal documents to ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements.
  9. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on corporate governance matters for management and regulatory agencies.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in corporate governance and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  12. Provide support to the legal team as needed on other projects and tasks.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience Working In A Corporate Governance Role, Preferably Within A Large Corporation.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Corporate Governance Laws And Regulations, Including Sec Filings And Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Both Legal And Non-Legal Personnel.

  • Proficiency In Legal Research And Document Management Software, As Well As Microsoft Office Suite.
