1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assist customers with finding products and providing product information.
3. Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
4. Restock and replenish merchandise to maintain full shelves and displays.
5. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
8. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.
9. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
10. Maintain a positive attitude and be a role model for other team members.
11. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer shopping experience.
13. Attend and actively participate in training and meetings.
14. Follow all cash handling procedures and maintain a balanced till.
15. Adhere to all safety and security procedures to prevent loss and protect company assets.
16. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
