In this role, you will play a key role in shaping our finance processes and systems by implementing and optimizing SAP solutions.   1. Lead and oversee the development and implementation of SAP finance solutions to support the company's financial goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and identify business needs and requirements for SAP finance systems.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for SAP finance projects.
  4. Drive continuous improvement and optimization of SAP finance processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Stay updated on the latest SAP finance trends and technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation to improve business processes.
  6. Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely and effective delivery of SAP finance solutions.
  7. Train and mentor team members on SAP finance processes and systems, ensuring their proficiency in utilizing the tools.
  8. Conduct regular audits and testing to ensure the accuracy and integrity of SAP finance data.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure integration and alignment of SAP finance systems with other business processes.
  10. Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for SAP finance processes and systems.
  11. Communicate and present updates, progress, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders.
  12. Identify and mitigate risks associated with SAP finance projects and systems.
  13. Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP finance systems and processes.
  14. Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new SAP finance solutions.
  15. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the SAP finance team.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Sap Finance And Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Sap Finance And Development, With A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Sap Modules, Processes, And Best Practices.

  • Proven Leadership Skills: As A Director, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Sap Developers And Finance Professionals. They Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Motivating A Team, As Well As Guiding Them Towards Achieving Business Goals.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: Costco Wholesale Is A Large Organization With Multiple Ongoing Projects. The Director Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Manage Timelines, And Deliver Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Director Will Be Responsible For Developing And Implementing Long-Term Strategies For Sap Finance And Development At Costco Wholesale. They Should Have The Ability To Think Strategically, Identify Potential Issues, And Come Up With Effective Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Key Member Of The Leadership Team, The Director Will Be Required To Communicate Effectively With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management, Cross-Functional Teams, And External Vendors.
