- Greet and welcome members as they enter the Home Showroom area of the store.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering any questions and addressing any concerns the members may have.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom by regularly restocking shelves and arranging products.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's electronic systems.
- Stay knowledgeable about current and upcoming products and promotions in order to assist members with their shopping needs.
- Assist members with product inquiries, locating items, and special orders.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, and handle any member complaints or issues with empathy and care.
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the member shopping experience.
- Keep track of inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages to the appropriate team members.
- Assist in setting up and taking down displays for special events or promotions.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to the showroom.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
