- Conduct comprehensive analysis of climate-related risks and their potential impact on the organization's financial performance.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential climate risks.
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and regulatory developments related to climate risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess climate-related risks across all business areas.
- Provide guidance to senior leadership on climate risk management strategies and potential impacts on business decisions.

- Communicate the organization's climate risk management strategy and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging climate-related risks and incorporate them into risk management strategies.
- Conduct stress tests and scenario analyses to assess potential impacts of climate risks on the organization's financial performance.
- Train and educate employees on climate risk and sustainability best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to climate risk management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's climate risk management processes and procedures.
- Support the organization's sustainability goals and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports of climate risk assessments and management activities.
- Foster a culture of environmental responsibility and sustainability within the organization.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Environmental Science, Climate Change, Sustainability, Or Finance.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, With A Focus On Climate Risk And Its Impact On Financial Institutions.
Strong Knowledge Of Climate Change Science, Policies, And Regulations, As Well As Their Potential Impact On The Financial Industry.
Proven Ability To Conduct Complex Risk Assessments And Develop Mitigation Strategies, Particularly Related To Climate Risk.
Excellent Analytical And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Information To Various Stakeholders Including Senior Management, Regulators, And Clients.
