  3. Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  4. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure products meet customer demands and expectations.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new products and services that can benefit customers.
  6. Create and deliver presentations to customers, promoting the benefits and features of our crop inputs.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, sales, and product information.
  8. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.
  9. Represent Cargill at industry events and conferences to network and promote our products and services.
  10. Stay informed on industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure all products and services meet legal requirements.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and training to stay current and knowledgeable about the agriculture industry.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of safety and sustainability.
  13. Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  14. Identify and report any issues or concerns that may arise with products, services, or customers.
  15. Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service to promote customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Agriculture, Agronomy, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Sales Or Customer Service Role In The Agriculture Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Crop Inputs, Including Fertilizers, Seeds, And Crop Protection Products.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build Relationships With Farmers And Other Stakeholders.

  • Ability To Analyze Market Trends And Data To Make Informed Recommendations And Decisions.
