Responsibilities: -Lead and manage a team of software engineers and technical staff to develop applications and systems to support Capital One's Risk Technology Group -Develop creative solutions to complex technical challenges -Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution -Strategize and plan development cycles to maximize efficiency and effectiveness -Provide technical guidance and mentorship to software engineers and technical staff -Ensure quality assurance standards are met -Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions -Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in software engineering, architecture, and design -Maintain a thorough understanding of risk technology and the financial services industry
