We are looking for an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join the Calvin Klein team. As our Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for a wide range of positions. You will also manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, and ensure that the process is both efficient and effective.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, a passion for connecting people with the right job opportunities, and a deep understanding of the recruitment process. Responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for a wide range of positions.
2. Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
3. Ensure recruitment process is efficient and effective.
4. Communicate with potential candidates and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
5. Develop relationships with potential candidates to facilitate successful job matching.
6. Create and update job postings.
7. Advertise job postings on appropriate job websites and social media networks.
8. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
9. Perform background checks and reference checks on potential candidates.
10. Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
11. Prepare offer letters and other related paperwork.
12. Monitor onboarding process and provide support to new hires.
13. Track and update recruitment metrics.
14. Stay current on recruitment trends and best practices.
