1. Provide exceptional care to patients with neurological conditions in the Neuro ICU unit.
2. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' neurological status and develop appropriate care plans.
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
4. Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
6. Educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment plan.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
