Director, Talent Strategy

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive talent strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
2. Build relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance and support.
3. Lead the recruitment and selection process for all levels of positions within the organization, ensuring a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.
4. Develop and maintain effective partnerships with external recruitment agencies and organizations to expand the talent pool.
5. Create and implement programs and initiatives to attract top talent, including but not limited to employee referral programs, campus recruiting, and social media campaigns.
6. Develop and implement onboarding and training programs for new hires to ensure a positive and successful integration into the organization.
7. Identify and implement strategies for employee development and career growth, including mentoring, coaching, and training opportunities.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current employees to ensure high levels of engagement and retention.
9. Conduct regular analysis of talent metrics and use data to inform and improve talent strategies.
10. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent management and make recommendations for improvement.
11. Develop and manage the departmental budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
12. Lead and mentor a team of talent professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
13. Collaborate with other departments and leaders to ensure a positive and inclusive work culture.
14. Act as a brand ambassador for BJC HealthCare and represent the organization at external events and networking opportunities.
15. Uphold and promote the organization's values and mission while carrying out all job responsibilities.
