Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the mortgage process.
Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking customers.
Maintain a deep understanding of the mortgage industry and stay updated on industry trends and changes.
Collaborate with loan officers and underwriters to ensure a smooth and efficient loan process.
Act as a liaison between customers and the company, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Assist in the preparation of loan documents and ensure all necessary information is accurate and complete.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue potential leads.
Keep accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
Stay updated on company policies and procedures, and adhere to all compliance guidelines.
Continuously improve and streamline processes to enhance the customer experience.
Stay current on all state and federal regulations related to mortgage lending.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Attend trainings and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.

Job Qualifications

Fluent In Both English And Spanish: As A Production Partner For Distributed Retail At Better Mortgage, It Is Essential To Be Bilingual In Order To Effectively Communicate With A Diverse Customer Base.
Prior Experience In Retail Or Customer Service: This Role Will Involve Working With Customers On A Daily Basis, Therefore Having Experience In Retail Or Customer Service Is Important To Ensure A Positive And Efficient Customer Experience.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Production Partner, You Will Be Working Closely With A Team And Will Also Be The Main Point Of Contact For Customers, So Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Necessary To Build And Maintain Relationships.
Knowledge Of Mortgage Products And Regulations: A Thorough Understanding Of Mortgage Products And Regulations Is Crucial In Order To Provide Accurate Information To Customers And Ensure Compliance With Industry Standards.
