2. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure availability for customer demands.
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective product placement and organization.
4. Utilize technology and systems to track and manage inventory and merchandise flow.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to facilitate smooth flow of merchandise.
6. Identify and report any inventory discrepancies or issues to management.
7. Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as needed.
8. Handle and resolve any customer inquiries or concerns related to inventory.
9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide exceptional service to customers.
10. Act as a resource for other team members, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
11. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company in interactions with customers and team members.
14. Flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays.
