1. Coordinate and oversee the timely and accurate flow of products through the store, ensuring that all products are received, stocked, and displayed in an organized and efficient manner.
2. Monitor inventory levels and work with the inventory management team to ensure that all products are consistently available for customers to purchase.
3. Collaborate with various departments, including sales, operations, and inventory, to ensure a seamless and efficient product flow process.
4. Identify potential issues or delays in product flow and take proactive measures to resolve them in a timely manner.
5. Train and mentor other team members on product flow processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
6. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
7. Troubleshoot any issues with product flow, such as damaged or missing products, and work with the appropriate teams to resolve them.
8. Ensure that all products are properly labeled and priced for easy customer access.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the backroom and sales floor, to facilitate efficient product flow.
10. Continuously seek ways to improve product flow processes and make recommendations for operational improvements.
11. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and resolving any issues related to product availability or location.
12. Keep up-to-date with current technology and product knowledge to effectively assist customers and provide product recommendations.
13. Follow all safety and security procedures to protect company assets and maintain a safe working environment.
14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, punctuality, and dress code.
15. Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the store management team.
