  1. Oversee and lead a team of retail associates to ensure they provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  2. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming shopping experience for customers.
  3. Train and develop retail associates on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of retail associates, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  5. Ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  6. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic.
  7. Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to ensure smooth operations and efficient use of resources.
  8. Maintain inventory levels and assist with product merchandising to maximize sales.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to make informed decisions for the store.
  10. Create and implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  11. Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them in a professional and timely manner.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  13. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate company updates, goals, and expectations.
  14. Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed by team members.
  15. Continuously strive to exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
