  1. Supervise and manage a team of sales associates to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  2. Cultivate a customer-focused culture by setting an example of excellent customer service.
  3. Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store goals.
  5. Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed, including inventory management and loss prevention measures.
  6. Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  7. Create and maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment.
  8. Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Collaborate with other store leaders to plan and execute promotional events and strategies.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings, making recommendations for improvement when necessary.
  11. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and assist customers with product selection and recommendations.
  12. Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
  14. Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience and identify areas for growth and improvement.
  15. Act as a role model for team members, exhibiting professionalism, dedication, and a positive attitude.
