As a leader in our store, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and have a positive shopping experience.   1. Oversee the overall customer experience in the store and ensure that all customers receive exceptional service.
  2. Train, coach, and mentor retail associates to provide excellent customer service and sales techniques.
  3. Monitor and maintain the store's appearance, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  4. Collaborate with other supervisors and management to develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and sales.
  5. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  6. Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvements in customer service and sales.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and work with the inventory team to ensure products are available for customers.
  8. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and employees.
  9. Continuously strive to improve the retail experience by staying updated on industry trends and implementing new ideas and strategies.
  10. Uphold company policies and procedures and ensure all employees are adhering to them.
  11. Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new retail associates.
  12. Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve sales goals.
  13. Use effective communication and leadership skills to motivate and inspire the retail team.
  14. Maintain a strong understanding of all products and services offered in the store.
  15. Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Supervisory Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Similar Industry Such As Electronics Or Technology.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Motivate And Coach A Team Of Sales Associates.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Retail Operations, Including Sales Techniques, Inventory Management, And Customer Service.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Both Customers And Employees.

  • Flexibility To Work A Variety Of Shifts, Including Evenings And Weekends, To Meet The Needs Of The Business.
