  1. Lead and manage a team of retail employees to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers.
  2. Train and develop team members to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to provide excellent service and effectively sell products.
  3. Act as the face of the brand by embodying the company's values and promoting a positive image to customers and the community.
  4. Utilize technology and product knowledge to educate customers and drive sales.
  5. Create and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive and successful retail experience.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
  9. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall retail experience for customers and employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Technology Or Electronics Store.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills And A Deep Understanding Of The Retail Industry.
