PC Repair and Installation Technician

As a PC Repair and Installation Technician, you will diagnose and repair issues with PCs, laptops, and other related hardware and software products. Additionally, you will install new products and provide technical support to customers.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of two years’ experience working with PCs, laptops, and other related hardware and software products. You must also possess excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong knowledge of current computer hardware and software technologies. Additionally, you must have a customer-oriented attitude and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and repair issues with PCs, laptops and other hardware and software products.
2. Install new hardware and software products.
3. Provide technical support to customers.
