  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers visiting the retail store.
  2. Utilize technical knowledge and expertise to troubleshoot and solve customer's technology issues.
  3. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to effectively resolve customer concerns.
  4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the Geek Squad brand at all times.
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  6. Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and products to better assist customers.
  7. Communicate and educate customers on various products and services offered by Geek Squad.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
