  1. Develop and execute programs that drive customer engagement and satisfaction, in line with company goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and behavior, and use this information to inform engagement strategies.
  3. Monitor and analyze customer engagement metrics, and make recommendations for improvements based on findings.
  4. Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for customer engagement initiatives.
  5. Lead the implementation of new customer engagement programs, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  6. Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment on program objectives.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to gain insights and inform future engagement strategies.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer engagement, and make recommendations for new initiatives based on this knowledge.
  9. Create and deliver presentations and reports on program performance to senior management.
  10. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align customer engagement initiatives with overall business objectives.
  11. Drive continuous improvement efforts to optimize customer engagement programs and processes.
  12. Mentor and guide junior team members to help them develop their skills and contribute to the team's success.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to customer engagement.
  14. Represent the company with professionalism and integrity, both internally and externally, at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Customer Engagement Or Customer Relationship Management.

  • Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Stakeholders Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers, Internal Teams, And External Partners.

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting, With A Strong Understanding Of Key Performance Indicators And The Ability To Use Data To Inform Decision-Making.
