This role offers flexibility and variety, allowing you to expand your clinical skills and knowledge while making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.To excel in this role, you must have a current RN license in the state of Minnesota and a minimum of two years of telemetry nursing experience. A BSN degree is preferred, and ACLS and BLS certifications are required.   1. Provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients in various units within the health system.
  2. Utilize expertise in telemetry nursing to monitor and assess patients' conditions.
  3. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information and care.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  5. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  6. Monitor and interpret telemetry data, identifying and reporting any abnormalities or changes in patient's condition.
  7. Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
  8. Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  9. Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain current knowledge of best practices in telemetry nursing.
  10. Serve as a resource and mentor for less experienced nurses on the unit.
  11. Demonstrate excellent communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues.
  12. Utilize critical thinking skills to make sound clinical judgments and decisions.
  13. Maintain a safe and clean patient care environment.
  14. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to providing patient-centered care.

Job Qualifications
  • Bls And Acls Certification.

  • Current Rn License In The State Of Employment.
