Manager, Drafting & Records

Plans and arranges work schedules to meet expected and unexpected projects and assignments. Reviews projects requiring drafting as to scope and purpose in order to schedule and perform the work economically and with proper timing in the schedule. Manages budget and performs monthly budget variance reports. Maintains contacts with representatives of other utilities, public officials, property owners, engineers, contractors and officials of industries directly affected by drafting and changes in records of company facilities. Coordinates drafting work with Team Leaders/Managers and team members of Engineering and other Teams requiring such services. Prepares plats and maps. Supports leadership as necessary for accomplishment of a high level of work results by delegating assignments and responsibilities and developing a teamwork spirit among associates.
