What is the onboarding process like at Oakley?

Oakley's onboarding process begins with a welcome package which includes an employee handbook, company policies, and benefits information. On the first day, new hires receive an orientation to the company and their job role. The orientation includes a tour of the facility, introductions to team members, and an overview of the company's culture and expectations. Throughout the onboarding process, new hires receive technical training on their job role, as well as ongoing support from their supervisor. Finally, new hires are encouraged to participate in social activities with their colleagues, such as team lunches and after-work events.
