How does Zions Bank handle employee performance reviews?

At Zions Bank, employee performance reviews are conducted at least annually. The review process includes a mid-year performance check-in and a formal, documented review completed by the employee's supervisor. The review includes an assessment of the employee's performance against objectives and goals set out in their job description and any additional goals established in the year. The review also includes an evaluation of job knowledge, attitude, teamwork, customer service, and any other performance criteria established by the Bank. The employee and supervisor are encouraged to discuss the review and any necessary corrective action.
