What is the recruitment process like at Clorox?

The recruitment process at Clorox begins with an initial phone screening. If selected, candidates will then be invited to an on-site interview which may include a presentation and/or panel discussion. After the interview, candidates may be asked to complete a skills assessment or participate in a drug test. Finalists will be notified and then a background check will be conducted. After that, job offers may be extended.
