SunTrust Banks-NOW Truist offers employees a generous paid time off (PTO) policy that includes vacation days, holiday days, personal days, and other types of paid time off. Vacation days are accrued each pay period based on the employee’s length of service, and the number of vacation days available increases with seniority. Employees may use up to two weeks of vacation time in a calendar year. Vacation days must be used in the same year they are accrued, and any unused vacation days expire at the end of the calendar year. Vacation days may be carried over to the following year, with approval from the employee’s manager.
