What is the hiring process like at QuikTrip?

The hiring process at QuikTrip begins with submitting a job application online or in person. If your application is accepted, you will be contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone screening. If you pass the initial screening, you will then be invited to attend an in-person interview. Depending on the position, you may be asked to complete an assessment or take a drug test. After the interview, you will receive an offer letter and go through a background check. Once all of these steps have been completed, you will receive a start date and begin orientation.
