What is the Meijer attendance policy?

Meijer’s attendance policy is designed to ensure all team members are able to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a work/life balance. Employees are expected to be on time and present for their scheduled shifts. Absences should be reported to the team leader as soon as possible. Excessive absences, tardiness, or failure to report absences may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Additionally, employees may be required to provide a doctor’s note for absences longer than 3 days.
