How does Ibex Global handle employee grievances?

Ibex Global has a comprehensive process for handling employee grievances. The company adheres to a three-step process which includes: 1) informal resolution, 2) formal resolution, and 3) appeal process. For the informal resolution process, the company encourages employees to discuss their issues with their supervisors and managers in order to try to resolve the issue. If the issue is not resolved at this stage, the employee can then proceed to the formal resolution process, which involves filing a formal grievance with the Human Resources department. The HR department will investigate the complaint and provide a response to the employee. If the employee is not satisfied with the response, they can then proceed to the appeal process, which involves filing an appeal with the Ibex Global Employee Relations Committee. The Committee will review the case and provide a final response to the employee.
