What is the hiring process like at GE?

GE’s hiring process typically involves an online application, followed by an initial phone interview. Depending on the position, candidates may then be asked to complete an online assessment, attend a virtual or in-person interview with a hiring manager, and complete a final interview with a senior-level manager. After the interviews, candidates may be asked to complete a background check, drug screening, and other assessments. Lastly, candidates may receive an offer of employment.
