Fitbit offers a generous paid time off policy for eligible employees. All employees are eligible for three weeks of vacation/paid time off (PTO) each year. This includes holidays, vacation, and personal time. Employees may also be eligible for additional PTO days depending on their years of service and/or job level. PTO days cannot be carried over from one year to the next.
